Lounibos Auto Lift Project This is an Invitation to Bid for the Lounibos Auto Lift Project. This project requires license B General Contractors License. Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The estimated budget for this project is $250,000.00 dollars. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid. The bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder to whom the contract is awarded will execute the Contract Documents and will provide the required payment and performance bonds and insurance certificates within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract. Each bidder shall possess at the time the bid is awarded the appropriate classification under the California State Contractor's licensing Board. In the event the Governing Board deems that the Project is substantially complex a retention amount will be required in an amount as allowed by California law. Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Brendon Collins at Tamarack Grove Engineering at brendon.collins@tamarackgrove.com on or before February 26, 2025, at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than March 6, 2025.
