This work is a Public Work project, for the Facilities Department, managed by the Spokane County Purchasing Department. The Contractor must pay prevailing wages, provide bonding and insurance and meet all applicable State and local rules and regulations governing a Public Work project. Spokane County will supply all necessary material to complete the Chiller (19XRV Frame 4 w/ REB) overhaul. Contractor to provide labor, equipment and tools necessary to complete the overhaul. The bid document lists all the requirements for disassembly, inspection, overhaul, and reassembly.
