Successful Respondent(s) shall be responsible for the removal and/or repair of all existing equipment, the installation of all new equipment, and the testing of all repaired and/or replaced equipment to ensure proper system functionality. Successful Respondent(s) shall also be responsible for the supply of all equipment required in the repair and/or replacement of the system. Equipment may include but not be limited to: Air conditioner, 1.5 - 5 ton, minimum 15 SEER Heat Pump, 1.5 - 5 ton, minimum 15 SEER OAU up to 20 ton Roof top units up to 20 ton, minimum 15 SEER Mini split units Single speed air handlers Variable speed air handlers Appropriate heat strips Hurricane pads Thermostats Line sets Condensate Ductwork installation Ductwork repairs Ice machine maintenance Ice machine installation The purpose of this Invitation For Bid is to select a minimum of three (3) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) qualified licensed contractors to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide HVAC repairs and replacement/installation for various City of Winter Park facilities. Question Submission Deadline:February 12, 2025, 2:00pm Upon contract award, the Successful Respondent shall be required to furnish and pay for bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder by delivering to the City a Performance & Payment Bond ("P&P Bond"). The P&P Bond shall be furnished in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the annual contract price, in such a form as the City may prescribe and with a surety company acceptable to the City. Unless otherwise agreed in a written document approved and signed by the City, the contract shall be in effect for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date the Mayor or other authorized signer signs the contract on behalf of the City.
