This project is for the design of Cowtown Road from White and Parker Road to Hartman Road (Ph 1 and Ph 2). Construction of Ph 1 of Cowtown Road from Hartman Road to the Feed Mill will proceed the following year, from a dirt roadway to a two (2) lane paved roadway. Construction of Ph 2 of Cowtown Road from White and Parker Road to the Feed Mill will proceed a year after construction of phase 1. This project will provide secondary access from White and Parker Road to Hartman Road and improve a portion of the road condition from a dirt road to a paved roadway. The paving will help eliminate dust and reduce monthly maintenance and operations costs. This project is included in the City of Maricopa's 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
