The District School Board of Putnam County "School Board" is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the design and installation of decor for School Food Services. The Contractor will be responsible for meeting all terms, conditions and specifications as outlined herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Proposal rejection or termination of award. QUESTION DEADLINE: February 13th 2025@ 12:00 P.M. EST The Contractor shall provide comprehensive design and installation services for school cafeteria refresh projects. These services shall encompass all aspects of cafeteria renovation including initial design consultation, creation of detailed renderings, surface preparation and painting, installation of wall graphics and artwork, implementation of sound dampening solutions, mounting of window treatments, and placement of signage and typography. The Contractor shall also provide complete project management and coordination services throughout the duration of the project.
