The City of Irvine (City) is soliciting proposals for the removal and dismantling of existing equipment and infrastructure, and disposal of waste from the former All American Asphalt site located at 10671 Jeffrey Road, Irvine, CA 92602. The City invites proposals from contractors interested in purchasing and removing this remaining equipment, offering the opportunity for contractors to reuse or resell the components. To facilitate the bidding process, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held to allow bidders to inventory the existing equipment and estimate the scope of removal work. A preliminary list of items for removal is included in the Scope of Services (Attachment I). References in the Business Information Form (Attachment III) to demonstrate your firm meets minimum qualifications. 2) Prime Contractor must hold a valid Class A or Class B license. At the time of proposal submission, the proposer must be licensed as a contractor in compliance with California Business and Professions Code, Chapter 9, Division 3.
