Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a theater / auditorium; for site work for a theater / auditorium; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The CL School District intends to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for a new Performing Arts Center. The new PAC is designed to seat up to 1,000 people and will be connected to the existing gymnasium. As such, they are initially requesting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to determine which firms will be offered the opportunity to submit their proposed fees for the project. Design work is currently at the end of the Schematic Design phase. Construction is intended to begin as early as Fall 2025, and be completed beginning of the year 2027. The construction estimate is currently set at $15,800,000.
