Caruthersville Area Arts Council will be soliciting bids for the Crysler Exchange Building Hazardous Material Removal for the property located at 225 Ward Avenue, Caruthersville, MO 63830. The purpose of this project is to ready the building for renovation and the Caruthersville Area Arts Council wants to have the asbestos abated prior to the renovation commencement. The renovation work will be completed under a separate contract. An AsbestosContaining Materials and Lead-Based Paint Survey was completed for the project for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources- BVCP and is provided as part of the bid documents. Construction will commence on or before April 1, 2025 and will be completed within 30 calendar days.
