As of March 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on 4/14. This Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to restore Village right-of-way following utility repairs, which may include PCC curb and gutter, sidewalk, and/or driveway removal and replacement; full depth concrete patches; and/or HMA pavement patches. The Village's Utility Division makes approximately 15-20 utility repairs a year that require restoration. The Village anticipates that a maximum of three mobilizations will be required to complete restoration of these repair locations. The Village will provide the Contractor with up to three lists of 5-7 repairs each. Repairs shall commence within 14 calendar days of the Village's initial notice to the Contractor and shall be completed within 15 working days of the Contractor's mobilization. Exceptionsto this timeline will be made for repairs requiring State or County Permits. The contract season is weather dependent, but is expected to run from April through November. The amount of work under this contract will be subject to the actual number of utility pavement patch repairs required and the availability of funds for this work.. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
