The District is seeking bids from contractors to provide all labor and contractor supplied materials as necessary to paint interior classroom and other common areas as identified by district. District will provide paint. The bidding process will be informal under the regulations of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission (CUPCCAC) which provides for alternative bidding procedures when an agency performs public project work by contract. Contractors must be previously enrolled to participate with valid licenses and registration with the DIR. Other Details Bid is labor to prep, prime and paint District identified exterior surfaces: To include: Pressure wash to remove dirt and debris on stucco walls, wood siding, eaves, doors, window frames and pass through metal canopies. Repair stucco and wood as needed. Repaint stucco walls, wood siding, eaves, fascia boards, metal doors, metal window frames, pass through metal canopies and roof metal. See Maps attached in this bid.
