No definite date for the rebid.** Through this Request For Qualification (RFPQ), interested suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined if they will pre-qualify and be shortlisted as Qualified Respondents to be eligible to put in a proposal to a subsequent Solicitation, if any. The University intends to pre-qualify up to five (5) Respondents and only Qualified Respondents will be sent and may respond to a subsequent Solicitation involving submission of proposed fees, if any. The University is currently preparing a Business Plan to seek funding for a new student housing project to be located adjacent to Phase 1, which is currently under construction on Tantalus Road at the University's main North Vancouver campus. The University intends to engage a Construction Manager according to the Construction Management at Risk project delivery model during the Pre-Construction Phase with the intent of transitioning to a Stipulated Price Contract for the Construction and Post-Construction Phases. The University reserves the right not to enter into a Stipulated Price Contract with the Construction Manager, and to proceed with another party or not at all.
