This Project consists of substantial renovations in two buildings to provide new teaching labs, support spaces, classrooms and associated offices. This Project also includes moving Nursing and Allied Health, currently in the Humanities Building, to the Science Building. Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, Division of (DCAMM) **Sub-Bids Only** Sub Bid Category Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron ($43,900); Waterproofing, Damp proofing & Caulking ($246,355); Roofing & Flashing ($3,893,684); Glass & Glazing ($333,050); Tile ($130,630); Acoustical Tile ($452,225); Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies to this process.
