**As of April 30, 2025, the project is postponed. The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as "City") requires improvements under this contract for the following: Relocation of existing overhead utilities to underground conduit and/or duct banks along 14th Street from east of I Avenue to Municipal Avenue, then north along Municipal Avenue to 16th Street. Installation of 15,600 LF of 4" conduit; 7,800 LF of 6" conduit; 700 LF of 2" conduit; 3 Ea Vista switchgear; 3 Ea PMH switchgear; 4 Ea pad mount transformers; and replacement of three cobra head lights with standard acorn style streetlights. The limits of this project are along 14th Street, from I Avenue to Municipal Avenue, then proceeding north along Municipal Avenue up to 16th Street in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. This project must reach TOTAL completion within 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed. See Section 2.4, Special Conditions, for further details. The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $1,000.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified.
