Briar Creek Greenway Phase 1 Project Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive single prime, unit cost, sealed bids for the Briar Creek Greenway Phase 1 Project. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI provisions will be observed. The project includes 2,323 LF (0.44 miles) of new greenway trail (asphalt and concrete), 80 LF prefabricated pedestrian bridge, and a parking lot/ trailhead. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
