The Parish requests a contractor to repair/replace/reseal existing structure(s) to restore area drainage by repair/replace/reseal drain pipe, catch basin, and sod, reducing maintenance, as specified along Drury Ln (R09G037); in Slidell, Louisiana. Inquiry Deadline February 20, 2025 2:00 PM The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to restore area drainage by removing and replacing driveways, sidewalks, clean repair and reseal drain pipes and catch basis, and install sod along Drury Ln. (R09G037); located in Slidell, Louisiana, as specified. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of the project is forty-five (45) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response.
