Reference Number cb-269-40844652 Parks Canada requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for delivering electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services, including maintenance for the swing bridge and canal lock facilities at the St. Peters Canal (SPC) National Historical Site. This service will be available on an as-needed basis throughout the entire duration of the Standing Offer. The period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from date of Standing Offer to December 31, 2025 inclusive. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional two (2) period of one (1) year, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
