Please be advised that we currently have a bid entitled: Repair or Replace HVAC Motors, Pumps, Fans, Blowers and Compressors, B25-016 available for download. As of September 25, 2025, this project has been awarded. Contract term: Five (5) years. AWARD: Award(s), if any, will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder(s), who, in the opinion of the College, meets the specifications and qualifications stated herein and submit the lowest "Total Extended Labor Rate". The award(s) will be in the form of a Pricing Agreement which, when issued and executed by the College, will enable the successful Bidder(s) to perform the services specified herein for the period indicated and at the prices bid upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order. Prospective bidders are hereby notified that the College will determine the low bidder only after the solicitation is open and analyzed. The College anticipates awarding two (2) contracts under this solicitation with the designation of Primary Contractor and Secondary Contractor. At the time a service requirement is identified, the Primary Contractor will be called upon first. The Secondary Contractor will only be called upon if the Primary Contractor is unable to meet the response requirements identified in the agreement, or is unable to perform the services required. The College will issue Purchase Orders to the Contractor for services to be performed under the Pricing Agreement. Contractor shall not provide any goods or services without a Purchase Order. The College reserves the right to deny payment for any goods or services provided without a Purchase Order.
