The project scope is for the Bidder to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to accomplish any one or all of the following work: cold milling of bituminous pavement, bituminous base course, bituminous surface course, and other items as shown on the Proposal Form on streets, parking lots or other City of Flowood owned pavement surfaces. The unit prices and all work associated with the bids shall be honored by each Bidder during the period of January 2025 through July 31st, 2025, unless otherwise agreed to by all parties. No prospective BIDDER/CONTRACTOR may withdraw his proposal within SIXTY (60) DAYS after the actual date of the opening thereof. The intent of Bids received by Owner is to establish unit prices for anticipated work that may be necessary to repair City Owned infrastructure in emergency or certain other situations. Bids will be compared and awarded at the time services are needed on the basis of the required pay items, quantity and unit price for the work that is required and the availability of the Bidder. The CITY OF FLOWOOD reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
