This work includes, but is not limited to: a) Dismantling the piping at the Arthabaska pumping station; b) Upgrading the piping at the Arthabaska pumping station and related work; c) Adding a magnetic flowmeter to the discharge pipe; d) Testing and starting up the equipment at the Arthabaska pumping station; e) Installing a +-600-metre section of the discharge pipe at the pumping station outlet. c) Addition of a magnetic flowmeter to the discharge pipe; d) Testing and start-up of equipment at Arthabaska substation; e) Installation of a +-600-metre section of discharge pipe outside Arthabaska pumping station, including excavation, backfill and related roadwork; f) Repair of service entrances affected by the work (if necessary). To be valid, all bids must be accompanied by a deposit or bid bond equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid. The tender, the security to accompany it and all other documents to be provided shall be deemed valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the tender opening date. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. The City of Victoriaville has adopted a procedure for receiving and examining complaints in connection with the awarding of a contract.
