The City of East Prairie is seeking sealed quotes for the purchase and potential installation of approximately 1,500 new auto read cellular based water meters throughout the City of East Prairie. The quote shall include both, providing the required meters, and an alternative price for the installation of the meters. The City of East Prairie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any formalities in the process. No lowest quote shall receive business expectancy merely because their quote is the lowest received; until the quotes have been awarded, no business expectancy exists.
