Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,531-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
project has been Rebid The project consists of building addition to connect two existing buildings. Addition will house features of the sign shop and includes lighting and HVAC improvements. The removal of the existing shingles and installation of approximately 6,531 square feet of new shingles on the 12 Stall and Project Shop Buildings. The typical work will be removal of the existing shingle roof system (including all metal flashings), and the installation of new underlayment and new shingles, including all associated flashings. Work also includes replacement of wood soffit and fascia, and chimney restoration The Sign Shop Building site is located near 4216 Ranger Road at the Hartwick Pines State Park near Grayling, Michigan, as shown on the Drawings.
