Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coulee City, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

This project includes drilling one replacement test well at Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park and shall include the well, well test pumping, and water quality sampling and analysis for use of the well as a domestic water source for the existing water system at the Dry Falls Visitor's Center. The existing well will be decommissioned after construction of new well and testing completed. The existing water system will not be modified as part of this project. SUBCONTRACTOR LISTINGS: Per RCW 39.30.060, when the bid proposal combined with any alternates totals one million dollars or more, the Bidder must list the Subcontractors they intend to use for structural steel, rebar installation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical work on the Subcontractor Utilization List form for this project.
