Project includes approximately 25,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, median, and ramp reconstruction and 1,300 linear feet of curb & gutter at approximately 84 different street intersections or mid block locations. 9 of these locations involve modifications to existing traffic signals, which may include the installation of pedestrian poles, signal conduit, signal cabling, and concrete ADA ramps. A certified or cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages and/or Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, whichever is higher. Bidders must be on MoDOT s Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, current version including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on this project must provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees.
