Description: In general, Work consists of the following: o Site Exterior o Existing Control Building: o Install two VFDs for existing digested sludge pumps o Install new digested sludge pumps o Process piping modifications o Update/modify main control panel and SCADA system as needed to accommodate new dewatering equipment o Dewatering Building: o Demolish concrete reaction tank, mixer, and appurtenances o Demolish sludge feed pump and piping o Demolish plate and frame press, access platforms o Demolish shaftless screw conveyors o Demolish motor control center o Install polymer feed skid system o Install new volute press, including structural support and access platform o Install new dewatered sludge hopper o Install new sludge dehumidification system o Install four new shaftless screw conveyors o Floor slab modifications and concrete equipment pads o Replace roof exhaust fan o HVAC ductwork modifications and infill wall lovers o HVAC controls modifications and install new split AC system for electrical room o New exterior wall louvers for dehumidifier condenser exhaust fans o Floor drain and plumbing modifications o Replace overhead door motorized opener o Replace exterior hollow metal personnel doors o Electrical and controls modifications associated with new process equipment Along with miscellaneous improvements, removals, restoration, and correlated appurtenances.
