Renovation of a stadium in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: Installation of Owner Supplied Arid-Ice dehumidification unit. Work shall include associated duct and sock work, electric line and gas line work at Centennial Ice Arena (3100 Trail Way, Highland Park, Illinois). The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and conclude by Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the work or similar. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so.
