Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Improve a concrete alley from Jackson Street to Van Buren Street between Lavina Street and Wilt Street, by removing and replacing the existing concrete alley, reconstructing alley drive approaches, replacing and adjusting castings and restoration. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
