Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for constructing 2025 Outsourced Pavement Preservation Program CIP Ultrathin Bonded Overlay Phase 1 will be received (electronically) in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, 12th Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas at which time the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud and tabulated by the Board of Bids and Contracts for consideration by the City Council. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. Proposals are to be submitted through the City's Procurement Portal The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide construction services for the Public Works & Utilities Department. The City of Wichita's Standard Specifications and Standard Special Provisions to the City of Wichita Standard Specifications are required provisions for the furnishing of all materials and doing all work to complete the above referenced project and are hereby made a part of these provisions as if fully set forth herein. Said Standard Specifications and Standard Special Provisions shall control except as modified by the following Project Specific Special Provisions.
