Site work for a water / sewer project in Roy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of constructing approximately 810 feet of 6- to 12-inch diameter replacement culinary waterline and 650 feet of 6- to 12-inch diameter replacement secondary waterline. The work includes valves, services, hydrants, drains, and associated work as indicated in the contract documents. The waterline replacement work is being completed in anticipation of demolishing and reconstructing the roadway intersection under a separate project. Location of Work: the Work is Located at the Intersection of 6000 South and 3100 West in Roy City, Utah. Completion of Work: All Work Specified in the Contract Documents Shall Be Completed by May 3, 2025. : Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, and meet contract requirements for insurance and bonds. All questions concerning this project before the opening of bids shall be directed to the Project Engineer Roy City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
