Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Dewey, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
CM requesting bids. Project consists of various interior renovations including removal and replacement of gymnasium acoustic ceiling tile, grid, and insulation, prep and paint all walls, concrete floors at bleachers, door frames, hand rails, guard rails, and wall graphics. An alternate bid is requested for concrete step extensions at specified bleacher areas. All bidding will follow title 61 requirements. Refer to drawings, specifications, and bid manual for products, scope descriptions, substitution request requirements. Work scheduled to begin April 1, 2025 and complete by July 31, 2025. Materials for this work will be tax exempt. Division 09 scope includes selective demolition and existing gym floor protection. Limited access of equipment will likely require scaffolding. Pre-bid site walk will occur at 1:45 on February 20 at the gym. All bidders encouraged to visit the site and evaluate all site conditions and restrictions. Deadline for pre-bid clarifications, questions, and substitution requests is February 26 by 4pm. Send all questions to nathangregory@stoutconstruction.net
