Reference Number 0000286989 Question Acceptance Deadline Feb 21, 2025 12:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum Overview of the scope of the work: According to the RBQ regulation, Parking lots - Maintenance and inspection - Régie du bâtiment du Québec , the objective of inspecting parking slabs and their components (beams, columns, expansion joints, etc.), is to ensure that they do not pose a danger to people who frequent these spaces, following deterioration that would be due to their exposure to the corrosive effects of salts transported by cars + trucks coming from outside (+ other elements such as the age of the construction, wear, quality of execution, etc.), which can cause corrosion of the reinforcements, their weakening, disintegration of the concrete, etc. Thus, the areas under study are the parking lot of residences (parking lot *S1), the parking lot open to the public (parking lot *S2), the delivery dock and the access ramps.
