Demolition of existing concrete pavement, replace & repair swimming pool shell, painting, handrails, main drain replacement, pool liner installation, and concrete pool deck replacement. Contractor agrees that the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Contract Documents as defined in Article Two of this Agreement (herein the Work). The term Work includes, but is not limited to, all labor necessary to construct the Project as described in the Contract Documents, all materials and/or equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in the Project as described in the Contract Documents
