Notice Content BOROUGH OF ROSELLE PARK, UNION COUNTY BID NOTICE FOR 2025 SIDEWALK PROGRAM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk for the Borough of Roselle Park on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10:15 a.m., prevailing time, in the Conference Room of Roselle Park Borough Hall, 110 East Westfield Avenue, Roselle Park, N.J. 07204 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for: "2025 Sidewalk Program." Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and labeled by project, as indicated above, on the outside, addressed to Andrew J. Casais, RMC, Borough Clerk at the address above. Specifications may be obtained in-person at the Office of the Borough Clerk or by contacting the Borough Clerk via e-mail at acasais@rosellepark.net. Any addenda shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. Small, Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to obtain specifications and compete for contracts. Andrew J.
