The scope of work of this RFP document is to supply, install and support 2 LED video walls in the main gymnasium 6 shot clocks and 1 LED video wall in the BAM gymnasium and 2 shot clocks (including cables, components, hardware, software and carpentry requirements). Included should be: Minimum of five-year parts including air-inflated ball over 6 inches in diameter and labour warranty including workmanship Written documentation for the use of the system Onsite training as required Software updates as needed TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The quoted system should equal or exceed the specified minimum requirements. The minimum requirements of the LED Screens with all accessories are: 3 Displays size approximately 13.5 feet by 8 feet. Each display must be 4mm or less. Control of image brightness, contrast, and saturation should be possible uniformly. The system must accept inputs from 4 devices and be able to choose for each screen or both screens. Software for digital scoreboards and shot clocks. Mounting as needed for existing walls should be rugged in design as it is for a gymnasium wall. Designed for ease of maintenance and serviceability. All cables, as required, are covered and protected. Integration with the pre-existing audio system. The installation has to be completed by August 15, 2026. If work procedures or building material requirements are not clear, it is the responsibility of the successful Proposer to clarify with the Division representative prior to work commencing.
