The Alamo Regional Mobility Authority (the "RMA"), a regional mobility authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for professional engineering services related to the Walzem Road Grade Separation Project (the "Project"). Construction of the Project may be supported with Federal/FRA funding. The required professional engineering team services include, but are not limited to: _ Engineering and surveying to design and prepare a feasibility study and design alternatives and cost estimates approved by the RMA and other regulatory entities; _ Engineering and surveying to design and prepare preliminary schematic based on the preferred alternative; _ Determination of environmental permitting/compliance requirements; _ Determination of potential utility conflicts; _ Public coordination and meetings; _ Determination of potential grant funding opportunities; Questions Due: 4:00 PM CST, February 26, 2025
