Bridge No. 15 Bridge Replacement Project, which involves replacing the existing two span stone masonry closed spandrel arch bridge on T-623 (Neiley Road) over Cold Creek in Herrick Township by constructing a new single span prestressed concrete spread box beam superstructure with concrete integral abutments, All requests for information or document clarifications during the bid process shall be emailed through the website; In person, telephone and/or facsimile questions will not be accepted. All responses and addendums will be posted on the website. All questions are due by 12:00 PM on March 6, 2025. Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period; the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the Bidder. PA prevailing wage rates are required for this Contract
