Hale County, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Cost Proposals (RFP) for pre-construction and construction services of a Construction Manager at Risk for the Hale County Jail and Law Enforcement Center, to be located on S. Columbia Street, next to the existing County Jail, Plainview, Texas Selection of a Construction Manager at Risk will be based on the selection criteria contained in the RFP to determine the best value for Hale County. The Construction Budget is approximately $40,000,000. 100% performance and payment bonds required. 5% retainage will apply to monthly progress payments.
