Construction of buildings, repair and upgrades to buildings at the Glades Road Complex and other Utility structures: Fiscal 24/25 -Construction of a new (hurricane resistant) warehouse building to replace existing warehouse (Bldg #63) -Construction of new (hurricane resistant) workshops to replace existing workshops (Bldgs #17 and #18) -Upgrades to WTP control room and laboratory facilities (Bldg #2) -Renovations to Bldgs #3, 4, 7 & 62 to make it hurricane protected and comply with Florida Building Code design standards. As of February 14, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
