Roof top (RTU) HVAC unit that serves the building server room has failed and must be replaced before the upcoming summer so proper temperatures can be held for the server equipment. Work will be performed in an occupied building, at 301 West 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, and must be conducted in a manner that will not cause major disruption to normal operations. c. The full scope of work is outlined in Attachment 7: Project Drawings and Attachment 8: Project Manual. These documents contain binding project information including contractor use of site and premises. d. Information about the existence of Asbestos Containing Material and Abatement Manual, if applicable, will be included in Attachment 9.
