Fulton County Government desires to retain a qualified and experienced company to provide countywide on-site door repair and overhead door preventive & predictive maintenance. The detailed scope of work and technical specifications are outlined in the Scope of Work of this bid document. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Fulton County Code of Ordinances and the specific method of source selection for the services required in this bid is Code Section 102-373, Competitive Sealed Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the Bid Bond provided in this Bid Document or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety, a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Commissioner and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of fiver percent of the Bid. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid, and proof of insurance in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 5 of this Bid Document.
