The City of Brillion acting through its City Council, hereby gives notice that Bids will be received for the following described projects. Bids will be received on the following Contracts: 2025 WASHINGTON STREET UTILITY & ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION The work shall consist of pipe bursting 16 sets of sewer/water laterals, new water main and mini-storm system and replacing road base and asphalt paving on 1,000 feet of roadway. The approximate project cost is $600,000. Neither the Owner nor McMahon Associates, Inc. shall be held responsible for the scale of downloaded Drawings. BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Brillion in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award.
