Renovation of a municipal facility in Moore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: The project scope of work consists of renovating portions of the 1st and 2nd floors of the existing City Hall Building. 1st Floor includes new finishes within the limits of work for new flooring and wall finishes, full restroom renovation, adding a secure entry to the north office area, and a new permit / clerk area. 2nd Floor includes new finishes within the limits of work for new flooring and wall finishes, full restroom renovation, and adding a secure entry to the north and south office areas. The scope of work also includes new finishes and railing for the main stairway, addressing the water damaged area in the main entry atrium area, providing a turn-key bid for the FFE package, and providing Alternate 01 for all new hardware for the remaining portions of the building. -Provide construction for new buildings and site development for the Public Works Building and accessory Sand and Salt enclosure and CNG cover. Question Deadline 02/28/2025 Each written request for such interpretation should be addressed to the City Manager at 301 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma, 73160-5130. To be given consideration, each such request must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
