This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponent(s) for the localized repairs at the University of Guelph Humber building located at 207 Humber College Blvd Humber is requesting the Goods and Services available for project start date: April 28, 2025, and completion by August 15, 2025. Humber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the awarded contract. Approval of further additional terms will be dependent on Humber still requiring these services, the performance of the successful Proponent and the percentage increase proposed, if any. At conventional roof assemblies, the roof membrane system shall be comprised of 2-ply modified bitumen. Assembly of components (all new) including 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system on a prepared existing roof deck substrate, and including but not limited to: .1 2-ply modified bitumen membrane system. .2 Coverboard. .3 Roof insulation. .4 Air barrier / vapour retarder. .5 Deck covering material.
