The Village of Volo, Lake County, Illi nois ("Owner"),is solic it ing sealed bids from qual i fied construc tioncontrac tors for the follow ing project: BIG HOLLOW PATH The project includes the exten sion of the bike path onFish Lake Road from its north ern termi nus up to andalong Nippersink Road along the north west ern perimeter of the Big Hollow campus. The work consists of the construc tion of an asphaltbike path from the inter sec tion of Moli dor Road andFish Lake Road up to and along Nippersink Road,remov ing or adjust ing side walk, curb, storm sewer,and land scap ing as neces sary. Owner reserves the right to accept the bid from thelowest respon si ble bidder most favor able to Owner, asdeter mined by Owner. Owner also reserves the rightto reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conformto the bidding require ments or to modify or waive allformal i ties and tech ni cal i ties in a bid, or to reject allbids.
