The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), requires Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services under four firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. These contracts will support full design services for repair, alterations, renovations, and modernizations of federal facilities, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and energy-related design services. Projects may also involve sustainability, security, interior design, workplace modernization, and historic preservation in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Services include programming, feasibility studies, design-build RFP preparation, site investigation, complete design services across multiple disciplines, cost estimating, building commissioning (MEP and BECx), procurement support, and post-construction services. Hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead may be present, requiring identification and abatement recommendations. Familiarity with airborne pathogens and metric design standards is also required. GSAs CAD Deliverables Policy will apply. Location: One contract will cover Pennsylvania (excluding Philadelphia metro) and West Virginia. A second contract will cover the Philadelphia metro area (Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery counties), Delaware, and southern New Jersey (from Trenton south). A third contract will cover North and South Carolina. A fourth contract will cover regions of Virginia and Maryland. Mailing addresses for these regions are not explicitly provided.
