A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: replace 7 Daikin McQuay Console Water Source Heat Pumps. Bid Bonds are not required. Performance bonds are required for all contracts with an estimated value of $50 - 000 or more. Payment bonds are required for all projects where subcontractors are utilized.
