The Project includes the following Work: The project includes approximately 1.3 miles of new 12-inch water main along SR-114, including a bore & jack crossing of I-65, extending to CR S1000W. The project also includes approximately 1.3 miles of new 6-inch sanitary force main along the same route. The project will also include associated items such as hydrants, valves, sanitary lateral stubs, and water service lines to adjacent properties. The 12-inch water main and 6-inch force main may be constructed via horizontal directional drill or open-cut unless otherwise noted on the plans. The project will also include approximately 367 feet of gas main, water main, and sanitary force main installed via bore & jack crossing I-65. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 60 days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 03/03/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
