**As of September 18 2025 this has an awarded bidder, project is on hold until December 2025 . Deadline for written Requests For Clarifications 1:00 pm local time, February 21, 2025 Each Proposal must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. The Board of Education will not accept a Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. Troy School District's Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Proposal (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion. Requests For Clarification and inquiries must be made via e-mail.
