Buyer: Patrick Frere frere37@yahoo.com 804-435-3260 The Town of White Stone (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Town of White Stone - Sewage Collection and Treatment System - Phase 2 Bowman Project Number: 008271-01-005 The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of installation of low-pressure wastewater collection system for the designated areas in the town for Phase II, an additional 40,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant utilizing moving bed biological reactor technology, and a subsurface drip irrigation disposal system. The Phase II wastewater treatment plant will have the ability to operate with the other out of service. The subsurface drip irrigation disposal system and the 40,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant are identified as bid alternates A and B, respectively. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Town of White Stone - Sewage Collection and Treatment System - Phase 2 The Project has an expected duration of 390 days.
