The City of Fort Stockton plans to apply for the upcoming 2025 Texas Community Development Block Grant Program, Downtown Revitalization/Main Street Program, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). These services are solicited to assist the City of Fort Stockton in its application and administration of the TXCDBG DRP/MS contract, if awarded, to support eligible activities associated with the program in the City of Fort Stockton. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Stockton, in accordance with the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, GC 2254.001 et seq. is accepting Sealed Proposals from a qualified Professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to prepare the application and/or administer the awarded contract. The City will select the professional of its choice based on "demonstrated competence and qualifications." Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the most advantageous for the City of Fort Stockton.
