PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATE BUILDING 1040 PROJECT LOCATION: 137TH WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OK THE OKLAHOMA CITY AIR NATIONAL GUARD, OKLAHOMA IS ISSUING THIS SOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #YZEU142025 TO RENOVATE BUILDING 1040. THE WORK LOCATION W ILL BE AT THE WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OKC, OK 73179. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(F). PERSONS WHO INTEND TO BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. IAW FAR 52.232-18 "FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. This requirement is to completely renovate and repair building 1040 at the 137th Special Operations Wing located at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City. This will include but not limited to the reconfiguring of the interior layout to accommodate Squadron Operations, Command Post control, Intelligence Squadron support and base Communication Squadron administration and shop functional areas. The reconfigured work will include new interior layout per A&E Drawings and Specifications, an upgrade to all interior finishes, new floor coverings, and the repair/replacement of ceiling tiles. All work will be completed IAW the Specifications and Drawings provided by the A&E firm along with all local, state, and federal requirements and trade practices. This requirement will include one option to replace exterior windows and doors. Those replacements, if funded, will include the replacement of all exterior existing windows with new store front, triple pane, laminated glazing, and will include all new frames.
